Melissa Gerritsen

I've been into drawing since middle school. My art teachers always told me my drawings were good, so did my family and friends. I enjoy drawing, because it takes my mind of regular day life. I started out just drawing with graphite pencil and then slowly got into a more digital way of creating art. I use the programs Painttool SAI and Photoshop for that. In college I decided to add a minor in art. I have thorougly enjoyed these different art classes and they introduced me to other materials like ink and charcoal, materials I would have otherwise never used, and I would have never found out that I like these materials.
