Writing is an effective way of getting a message across, however it is often not regarded as important as it should be. Making mistakes in your writing can affect the writer more negatively than people often realize. 

 

Below you can find links to six different texts. One is the website of appvanced, the company I work for and I've written texts for their website. The other 5 are papers I've written for classes. "Effective leaders" is about how conflict, diversity and charisma influence the effectiveness of a leader. "The Influence of Coaches' Behavior and Feedback on Athletes' Motivation" was for my sport psychology class and explains how different kinds of coaching behavior can influence the motivation of an athlete. "A little spark can start a fire" was for my conflict theory class and analyses a conflict scene of a movie. "FIRO" is about the FIRO-b theory and how to apply this theory to your proffesional and interpersonal relationships. And finally the fictional character analysis. This paper describes the impression managament techniques Truman, the personage in the movie The Truman Show uses to reach his goals.
